No More Side Effects of Chemo, Radiotherapy; Ayurvedic Cancer Medicine’s Trial Successful

A clinical trial of an Ayurvedic medicine for cancer patients has been successfully completed. The medicine helps reduce the side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, boosts immunity, and improves white blood cells and hemoglobin levels. Named Body Revival, this Ayurvedic medicine underwent clinical trials at JB Roy State Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata, following the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) protocol.

Dr. Tapas Kumar Sur, the trial coordinator, stated that the trial was conducted between October 2023 and November 2024 on breast cancer patients. According to the final report uploaded in the Clinical Trial Registry, the trial involved women aged 18 to 60 who had already undergone chemotherapy or radiotherapy. They were given 6 ml of the medicine every six days for 12 weeks as a supportive supplement. Surprisingly, the patients experienced no side effects like vomiting, fatigue, or loss of appetite during the treatment.

The company behind the medicine, Health Reactive, has been researching Body Revival since 1996. CEO Munish Khan revealed that the medicine contains a multi-herbal formula made from Bilva, Ashwagandha, Kukundar Chukri, Manjistha, Kharmuja, Lodh, and Honey – herbs known for their cancer-fighting properties.

Lower Risk of Cancer Recurrence

Patients given the medicine showed a 43% reduction in CA-15.3 tumor markers (chemotherapy group) and 30.9% reduction (radiotherapy group), indicating a lower risk of cancer recurrence. The medicine also improved hemoglobin levels, neutrophil count, and reduced liver enzyme levels.

According to the journal Nature, cancer cases in India are rising by 11.5% annually, with chemotherapy and radiotherapy being the most effective treatments despite their severe side effects. Body Revival is expected to help patients recover faster with fewer side effects.

Padma Bhushan awardee Dr. Suresh Advani, a renowned oncologist from Mumbai, said that the Ayurvedic medicine improves immunity and detoxifies the body. It can be used as a supportive supplement during cancer treatment, helping patients fight cancer more effectively.
